Great optic
The optic arrived in perfect condition. Installation on my EDC was a breeze. I have taken it to the range & given a proper zero. Adjustments were easy & clicks were audible. You could feel them as well.The glass may be an issue for some. Indoors it has a noticeable redish/purple tint. Outdoors it isn’t noticeable. The front hood isn’t as pronounced as I would prefer, but more than sufficient to protect the glass. Just know that you will leave hand/fingerprints (oil) on the front glass should you use the optic to press or rack.The dot, being green, is bright & extremely easy to pickup in all light conditions. Even the bright outdoors couldn’t hide the dot. Some people may not be able to see a crisp dot. I am one of those people. It’s astigmatism NOT an issue with the optic itself.The battery is in a side tray. Another big plus. Means changing the battery doesn’t require removing the sight from the slide.Fit & finish were great. Finish has held up with no issue so far on my EDC. It has endured rain, dust, dirt.I would recommend this optic to anyone looking for a reliable & cost effective solution to meet their EDC needs.

It’s small, clear, modern, well made
It fits the micro 9s well. Side loaded battery compartment is appreciated vs my RMR on another pistol, although overall I do prefer the RMR’s larger viewing port. Larger is always better, not smaller is a compromise most of us willingly make. Even though this is the higher priced green, I do prefer the red dot👺 of the RMR.

Best pistol red dot
It was hard for me to spend this much but it’s worth it to have such a great and reliable red dot. Have been a holosun fan for a while. This closed emitter takes it up a notch. This is not just the best affordable closed emitter, but one of the best period. Included an adapter plate that works fine for M&P Shield plus.

Green Dot stuck in far upper left corner
I’m not one to write product reviews unless I am actually unjustly done wrong.The green dot is stuck way up top left of the sight range and none of the windage or elevation screws do anything to adjust it. I sent it to holosun and they said it works great and sent it back “sighted” and my local shop laughed out loud at how off it was. It is impossible working with holosun despite trying for 2 months. This picture shows how you have to orient yourself to see the green dot through the sight, however, if you envision looking down the iron sights you can see where you would expect the green dot to lie (green dot from my boresight on right) and unfortunately no tuning to the screws move the sight dot at all.I will not be purchasing another product from them simply due to their incompetence answering emails.

Great if you don’t have astigmatism
It works really well, nice and bright and maintains zero. Looks good also. The only problem I have is that I have astigmatism so it just looks like a bright blob to me, I have to run it at the lowest setting and even then I get some starbursting on it. I know it’s not the device itself because my wife sees a perfect dot and through my phone camera it’s a perfect dot. So not really a problem with the device itself, just a problem with my eyes but something still to consider if you’re like me and have astigmatism. I have it on a Hellcat pro and with a plate I bought it fits great. Has just enough cowitness for me on a compact.

Awesome optic, but misleading listing
Optic is awesome, but reading the listing for this item, it seemed I was getting the circle and dot version and when it arrived it was just thr dot. When I dug deeper on search on Amazon, I noticed the listing was vague and had the dot/circle version for $75 more.
