The Holosun PiD+ hangs with the best of them, at half the price
This light by Holosun is most definitely as good, if not better than my TLR-7 HLX, and definitely far above my Olight. I ordered the PiD+ for the IR laser, and also has a visible laser if you’re wanting that feature also.I wasn’t sure what to expect, although I’ve been very happy with my two Holosun optics which are a 507c – X2 GR and an EPS Carry MRS GR.I think these Holosun lights are slept on by most people and while the PiD+ version is definitely a large sized light, it’s perfect for what I wanted. The weight isn’t too bad, but obviously heavier than smaller options like a TLR-7, or any other half-sized options.The rechargeability is awesome and very easy to use while still mounted to the firearm. Only downside is the magnetic charger need to be placed perfectly, without bumping or moving the light, as the magnetism isn’t the strongest.I have yet to test the waterproofing, but have no doubt it will hold up to the stats from Holosun since the construction (weather seals for battery and lens,) are made very very well and very strong.The switches for both the light, and laser, are super easy to use and are ambidextrous like every other quality light, and easy to reach even for someone with smaller than average hands like myself.Overall, I couldn’t be happier, and will probably buy the regular Holosun PiD to run on a 3rd setup to save some size, weight, and mostly length. This model is great but like I mentioned before it is definitely a long light, similar in length to an X300, or the large Modlite.I think for the price this is pretty hard, if not impossible, to beat.

Dual intensity bright light, great laser, and easy access buttons. What else do you need?
Great addition to my new Springfield XDS.I wanted a light/laser combo that had a narrow profile, and easy to find activation buttons. After trying quite a few and sending them back, the HOLOSUN PID came out well above the rest. The light is super bright and the two output modes make it very versatile. The laser is easy to activate as well as calibrate. One trip to the range and it was sighted in…AMAZING!

This is a solid weapon light and laser combo. The lower price vs. the bigger Stream… and Sure… brands is a plus. I’ve swapped this around on multiple pistols and it has been mounted for 1000+ rounds of 9mm with no issues.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the Holosun P.ID Plus light/laser combo.I did modify one of the rail adapters to get a better fit. The light was too far forward for my liking. After trying the different stock adapter configurations, I ended up “making it mine”.The adapters are composite… took a few cautious trim and fits with a dremel to get the light to fit on its host just right.As others have stated, this light is rather large and seems best suited for a fullsize host.Buy it. Worst case scenario, if it doesn’t fit, you have an excuse to go buy something that it will fit on.Pros:• affordable• rechargeable• battery is removable• battery size is fairly common for the application and single use variations are readily available• bright• ergonomics of the switches• variety of programmable modes• backed by Holosun’s warrantyCons:• no strobe function• rail adapters are offset and/or there aren’t “centered” adapters included

Built like a tank
This thing is great. I will be buying more. It’s built like a tank. Some people may not like it, because it’s a little heavy. It’s not a problem for me. Great beam. Excellent light out put and it is easy to install.

Love this light/laser combo
Very solid light/laser combo.. green laser is crisp and holds zero. It’s like having a cheat code because wherever I point the laser and shoot is right where my shot ends up. Very easy to use and great price for the quality.

Nearly perfect but not quite there
It’s a great light, but due to the laser feature, the lens head is not removable, so there’s also no way to lock out the power switch for safekeeping. It’s good quality but this is a deal breaker for me
